It was a Mini-Gourmet adventure....
Christina and I were enjoying a late night sandwich and coffee catch-up session at this diner down the street from my place and all of a sudden the place is packed.
This always happens when the bars close, and being that we were sober... we didn't have the same sense of humor as everyone else.
Anyways, there was a group of people sitting behind Christina, and this one girl took one of the creamers and started shaking it. I looked again a little later, maybe 3 bites into my sandwich, and she was still shaking the cream. I had to get Christina in on this... by the time we were both done eating, she was still shaking the cream. She was carrying on conversations with other people all the while, but for some reason, she was still shaking the cream.
I think at one point someone asked her why she was doing it, and I heard her say, "I just feel like I have to." Now, this could be in response to anything else, but I'm taking it to be part of the whole shaking the cream situation.
Now it's been a good 15 minutes and home girl is still going with cream. Christina finally was ready to capture the moment, and we switched seats. First she moved from her side of the booth (because seriously, who sits on the same side of booth when there's only 2 people? I don't. I won't.) to the side where I was sitting and couldn't get a good picture and then she wanted to sit where I was to get the picture.... I think she did but it's on her fancy iPhone and I don't have it to post.... but if you want to know what she looked like next time you're someplace that has creamers... pick one up and start shaking it for a good 18minutes and there you go.
I really just don't understand people.....
Pieces,
Kath
