Did you know that at McDonald's you can get 32oz of sweet tea for just a dollar?
That's a lot of liquid for a buck.
It kind of reminds me the sign at Mrs. Fields that says "20 cookies for $5!" That's a lot of cookies for just $5. Who needs 20 cookies? I remember the first time I saw that sign.... I was with Christina and she goes, "Wow you mean you only need $5 to get fat. Awesome." I laughed so hard.
Who needs 32oz of sweet tea? (not to mention it probably sucks because it's McDonald's and tea doesn't seem like it would be their specialty)
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the drinks with ice and a straw.... but it's like when Lisa says to me, "oh the iced coffee at McDonald's is gross." Duh. I wouldn't expect it to be delicious... I would expect it to be gross. If I want an iced coffee, I'm going to a place that makes coffee. If I want french fries... I don't go Java World (Seinfeld reference) I go to McDonald's.
Phew. Now that we go that straightened out... I'm going to enjoy my 6 shot Americano until the kids get out of school.
